Behavioral Health Levels of Care in Phoenix At Embers Recovery
Pursue Radiant Recovery With Transformative Care
Addiction and Mental Health Levels of Care
Each person who enters treatment will join at a different level of care based on their unique needs. Effectively treating addiction and mental health demands a personalized approach to ensure sustainability and success. The addiction levels of care in Phoenix at Embers Recovery cover the spectrum of recovery, from intensive, full-time treatment and sober living to post-treatment support.
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care is a highly structured, full-time treatment program. This offers those in the early stages of recovery intensive support and full-time access to treatment they need. The PHP program includes multiple therapy sessions, skill-building workshops, and psychiatric care.
The Embers Recovery Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured treatment environment that perfectly blends flexibility with access. Patients will maintain a part-time treatment schedule while remaining free to be present for work, school, or home obligations. Patients will participate in weekly individual therapy sessions, several group therapy meetings, and other components of ongoing support.
Our Outpatient Program is the most flexible level of care that provides patients with ongoing support after graduating from higher levels of care. This treatment program enables our community to receive weekly therapy sessions and maintain access to other resources and support.
Patients participating in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) level of care may also stay at Embers Sober Living for a truly immersive experience. At Embers Sober Living, the premier sober living homes in Arizona, you or your loved one will get the guidance, support, and renewed motivation you need to stay focused on recovery with accountability, structure, and safety. Our private and welcoming homes help you build a solid foundation for a fulfilling life in recovery. Patients will receive mentoring, family support, medication monitoring, career assistance, and more.
Case Management is a component of each level of care that offers ongoing support. This extends beyond the structure of each individual treatment program and into the transition into everyday life to help patients navigate ongoing care and daily challenges.
After graduating from formal treatment, patients can become disconnected from the treatment community. Not at Embers Recovery. Our Aftercare Planning Program helps each person maintain the thread of connection to treatment, resources, and community support.
Taking place during treatment, this level of care is a structured, strategic intervention that identifies the triggers and patterns harmful to recovery. Patients will build coping skills and learn to implement practical solutions to overcome them. Relapse Prevention Planning promotes lasting recovery, autonomy, and resilience.
